GENERAL INFORMATION |
|
The hotel is located on one of St. Barthelemy's loveliest beaches, Baie des Flamands , five minutes by car from the airport.
The hotel has a main building set on the beach with 9 Beach Rooms and 3 Beach Junior Suites.
In a Tropical Garden, separated from the main building by a path, we have 12 Garden Bungalows, 3 Garden Rooms , 1 Tropical Villa, 2 2 Bedroom Suite in the Garden. On the top of the hill we have a Hillside Bungalow. Between the main building and the tropical garden we have a cottage located in an private interior court yard. Finally on the beach we have a private 2 bedroom villa.
Every room is individually decorated, vintage French fabrics and sheer linens in pale natural tones complement the indigenous colors of St Barths.

Two swimming pools, a lighted tennis court "Astro Turf", a Molton Brown Spa and a fully-equipped gym are on the property, and arrangements are easily made for nearby horse back riding, hiking, boat trips and a full range of water sports including SCUBA diving.
The hotel has one tennis court (Astro turf) which is lit at night, a fully equipped fitness room which is located in our Molton Brown Spa, 2 swimming pools (one by beach, one in the tropical garden). Clients have access to all these activities. Beach towels, shower on the beach, rackets and balls are free for our guests. Horseback riding, water sports (windsurfing, deep sea fishing, water- skiing, diving, yachting...) can be arranged for upon request.
The hotel has a boutique which has a vast range of products with our logo, bathing suits, sun creams, pareos, sun hats and casual clothing.
Car rental to be delivered to the hotel upon arrival.
Restaurant La Case de l'Isle:
Traditional french cuisine, elegant and light, for lunch and dinner.
Lunch is served in the restaurant or while relaxing by the pool.
Continental Breakfast may be served either in the room or at the restaurant, " LA CASE DE L'ISLE ", by the sea.
Please note that the open air restaurant, "LA CASE DE L'ISLE", is on the beach and offers a simple and light French Cuisine, a contemporary vision of French Traditional Cuisine
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am. to 10:30 am
Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2:30 pm
Dinner is served from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Beach Bar is opened from 10 am to 6 pm
Beach Restaurant is opened from 12 noon to 2:30 pm
24 hour Room Service is offered.
Spa:
Created by Molton Brown, the Spa at Hotel Isle de France is a sanctuary devoted to the Harmony of Body and Mind.
Enjoy a world of adventurous and experimental therapies: wild nature is tamed; ingredients are potent andf exotic; treatments are healing and therapeudic.

The rooms:
All are air-conditioned and have private safes, mini-fridges stocked with complimentary beverages on arrival, mini bars, television ( satellite ), coffee makers, hair dryer, direct line telephone with voice mail, hifi system and DVD player with a DVD library in reception. The Isle de France has its Business Centre (with 2 computer consoles) located just next to the Reception and opened from 9am to 6pm. DSL fast internet connection is available in all of our hotel rooms. Extension cords are available for clients at the Front Desk. Should you need help connecting there will be a charge for this service as a computer expert will have to be called to come to the hotel to help you connect.
Bathrooms are in marble with:
A bathtub, ( Jacuzzi tubs in the 3 Beach Junior Suites and the Two Bedroom Suites in the Garden ), a separate shower, double sinks and WC.
3 Garden Rooms have a shower only (no bath tub)
BEACH ROOM : 3 on ground floor, 6 upper level
One room, one bathroom, one terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.
Total area is around 645 sq ft.
BEACH JUNIOR SUITE : 3 on ground floor
One room with a separate sitting area, one terrace over looking the swimming pool and the sea
Total area is around 742 sq ft.
GARDEN BUNGALOW : 12 bungalows in the tropical garden.
One room, one bathroom, a terrace over looking the garden.
Total area is around 678 sq ft.
Please note that we have 4 Family Bungalows, Two Garden Bungalows that either share a common entrance or have an adjoining door which can welcome a family around 4 to 6 people. The Family Bungalows have a shared entrance hall, two rooms next to each other, two bathrooms, two terraces.
GARDEN ROOM : 3 rooms located above the tennis court with a view of the sea.
One large room, a smaller bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), a terrace over looking the garden and the sea ( but not facing the beach ).
Total area is around 592 sq ft.
HILLSIDE BUNGALOW : Up 40 steps to a fabulous view of the sea.
One room ( Queen Size Bed, no possibility of twin beds ) with a bathroom, a kitchenette, a terrace and a private swimming pool overlooking a magnificent sea view. No room service or evening turndown.
Total area is around 678 sq ft.
FISHERMAN’S COTTAGE :
This cottage has two ensuite bedrooms (one with King Size Bed and a bathtub and one with Twin beds and a shower) A small sitting area, a kitchenette, an exterior private garden and an interior courtyard with a jacuzzi.
Total area of cottage 1179 sq ft.
THE SUITE ON THE BEACH :
This two bedroom suite has an incredible location opening up right on to the lovely Baie des Flamands beach. Ground level you have a double bedroom with shower, a living room area with a kitchenette, leading onto a deck with a beautiful sea view and a private jacuzzi. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a bathtub, shower and a private sundeck and spectacular view of Flamands beach

TROPICAL VILLA :
A private and romantic sanctuary amidst a beautiful and colourful landscape of bougainvillea and coconut palms, the romantic Tropical Villa is surrounded by Isle de France’s lovely tropical garden. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom enclave, it is situated in its own garden setting, with an interior sitting room, private splash pool and a kitchenette. Total area of villa 865 sq ft.
TWO BEDROOM SUITE IN THE GARDEN (GARDEN VILLA / EDEN VILLA ) :
These villas created in 2004/ 2005 consist of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate sitting room, a private hidden splash pool and a patio kitchen , perfect room for couples or a small family . Total area of suite is 1586 sq ft

All rates shown are in EUR (€) per room or Suite
Included in the rates are - Continental Breakfast, Round trip airport transfer and service charges.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30
Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2:30
Diner is served from 7:00 pm to 9:00
Our beach bar is opened from 10am to 6pm
Our Beach Restaurant is opened from 12 noon to 2:30 pm

Deposit Requirements:
A deposit by credit card ( AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD ) no later than 48 hours following the reservation, the credit card form, with your agreement for the deposit, filled, signed and returned by fax at 011.590.590.27.86.83 otherwise we would consider the request as a cancelled request.
In order to guarantee the reservation the full prepayment will be required.
- At the time the reservation is made, Hotel Saint Barth Isle de France will request a deposit of 3 nights to guarantee any reservations (50% deposit required on all reservations of 7 nights or more).
- 60 days prior to the arrival.( 30 days for arrivals between April 1st and November 30th) : the remaining balance will automatically be charged in full (non refundable)
Cancellation Policy:
- A 20% cancellation policy will apply on all confirmed bookings.
- Refund less € 60 if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.( 30 days for arrivals between April 1st and November 30th) Refunds are paid on receipt of written cancellation notice
- Payment non refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. ( 30 days for arrivals between April 1st and November 30th )
- In case of cancellation we need to receive a cancellation notice by email. Then we will immediately acknowledge by email the receipt of the cancellation request and we will apply the penalties as per our cancellation policy. Without this acknowledgment from us proving the cancellation then any cancelled reservation noted within the cancellation period will be not refundable.
- Reservation and revision of reservation dates are upon approval
- Hotel Bill will be charged in Euro as per tariff
- Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original reservation No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged in full
- We recommend trip cancellation insurance Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied.
- For any reservations of 3 rooms or more, we will apply a group cancellation policy (please contact the reservations office for the details)
Liability:
Hotelrentalgroup acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Hotelrentalgroup is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.
Please check the specific terms & conditions for each hotel.
No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
